FITTING PERIOD

Clothing items are priced at $10 for a 24-hour period for fitting purposes. During the 24-hour fitting period, renters must not use the items and must keep the tags attached to the items to avoid being charged the rental fee at the return. Re-tagging the items is prohibited and will result in the renter being charged additional fees. After the 24-hour fitting period, all items are considered used if not returned, and will be charged the rental fee per item. Shoes and accessories are not priced for fiting purposes and are charged as the full rental amount.

CLEANING AND DAMAGES

All items rented must be kept in the appropriate condition and not severely damaged. All used items must be dry cleaned. We ask that hangers and garment bags are returned as well. Additional fees will be added if these requirements are not met. 

LOST ITEMS

All items must be returned after renting. If items are lost, it is the responsibility of the renter to pay for all missing items.

LATE FEES

Rental periods are for a maximum of 4 days. Loaned items have a 5 day rental exception. If items are not returned within the rental period then renters will be charged $100 per day of extension.
